Refund and Exchange Policy

Our refund and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a any refund or exchange. There are no returns or refunds for any consulting, event, coaching, or other non-tangible services. Exchanges will be considered depending on individual circumstances.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must not have used, participated in, or shown up for any services, events, consulting, coaching, or other non-tangible services.

Additional non-refundable items are:

• • Downloadable software products.

• • Downloadable documents, videos, audios, or other digital products or services.
  • Events, event services, event planning services, event deposits.
  • Consulting, coaching, information and other non-tangible services (virtual or in-person).

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase prior to 30 days from purchase date.

Once your receipt or proof of purchase is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request for a refund or exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items or Specially Priced Items or Services

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items or specially priced items or services cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges

We only exchange items or services if they have not been used, participated in, or shown up for. If you need to exchange your purchase, send us an email at info@wowsuccessevents.com and we will review your request. You must have your receipt or proof of purchase dated no later than 30 days from your request date to be considered for an exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return or exchange. Once the return or exchange is approved, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. Gift certificates are not transferable.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, once the return or exchange is processed, we will send the refund or exchange to the gift giver and they will receive the refund or exchange for the purchase if submitted within the stated requirements.

Shipping returns

We do not sell physical products, and therefore do not allow for returns to be shipped to our physical address.
